This R-3 reflash will not work with stock wheel way to rich!
I tried it with stock wheel and it spitted and sputtered
Well now I be getting the new C-5 wheel or 20 lb riva wheel
Also a fuel regulator is nessary
I did have R-2 and C-3 and it ran great

That's becasue the R3 was not designed for stock boost. It's designed for 16-18 pounds.

This is a really nice addition to the R&D reflashes, the powershot has its benefits but also weaknesess. I rather control the fuel if needed with the fpr, will be getting one of this R3 reflashes for my E1 as soon as funds become available.

The powershot has more adjustability than a FPR. Just sayin.

Just saying, if I only wanted to have to buy one item to adjust fuel, I would use a powershot over a FPR any day becasue it has more adjustability. OR you can just tell them you don't want to run either and they can still work with you. Before I started asking these questions directly to R&D, I didn't know these possibilities even existed, and I doubt others did either.

Before I was Eric Simon's cheerleader... now I guess I'm R&D's. Oh well. Just trying to help people understand what is possible with these reflashes. There are lots of combinations and ways to reach our goals now, and it can get pretty confusing. I have Riva, and JD parts on my ski too. So I really don't consider myself biased. I just like what works.

I also understand a lot of people don't want to "tune" their ski like with an aftermarket ECU or a piggyback like my AEM. So in their case, you just hit a couple buttons on a Powershot and wallah! More fuel.

What is it that the JD-1 always says? "People like choices."
