    when removing the stock airbox...

    when removing the stock airbox...

    what do you do with the sensor that was plugged in to the air intake tube?

    im running a 4'' intake hose to the front on my 06 rxp

    I think he's talking about the voltage regulator. If so, then I just Zip tied it to my gas tank. Make sure it's on there good if you do the same.

    Ahh, yes. There are also brackets you can get in the classifieds to attach it to. I will snap a pic shortly.

    Alot of us, have a bracket that it mounts on to, and the bracket bolts down to the battery.
    You can also secure it to the gas tank as mentioned above.

    ahh - yes maybe thats what it is. for some reason i didnt look into the tube and i thought it was like some kind of map sensor that went into the air path.

    yup i think thats what it is- jeez sorry guys but thanks for the info. i see it just unbolts and has a set of fins on it.

    Here is the pic bro. You will also see the 4In PVC couplers some of us use to reinforce the tanks stability given the stock intake track removal.

    ahh- no sheet , i didnt even think of that. i didnt reconnect them yet. i think maybe ill cut the stock part if it does get in the way of the 4'' FLEXAUST
