2008 RXP-X sank in 2 minutes
Itís 54hr ski. 2 times in salted water used only. Last weekend I was towing one of my 3 seats tube. In 5 minutes after start jet ski started to jump on the flat water. I stopped the engine and realized that the ski is going down and it was full of water. It took only 2 minutes to sank. I as lucky because my friend towed the ski just before it went down.
Now we checked everything and we did not find the reason why it happened so! Mystery! Please give me advice what to change after this and what may be the reason.
P.S. Itís not waterbox and VTS for sure.

prob the carbon ring, its hard to see whn its gone on the PX as there is not much room between the motor and tunnel.
Easy way to check is to fill the bottom of the ski with water untill its up around the driveshaft and look undernieth to see if its comming out in the tunnel where the drive shaft goes through to the motor.
You need to make sure no water got in your motor as it will soon sieze up if it has.
