    slow top speed please help

    Hey guys I just got a 04 GPR 1300 with the following mods

    *new Wiseco pistons
    *cylinder replated
    *3 deg keyway
    *riva head (150lb compression)
    *riva gas valves
    *d plate
    *holeshot mod
    *ross nemo TB's with stacks
    * riva fuel controller
    *14/20 concord setback prop
    *riva ride plate
    *pump seal kit with tunnel reinforced
    *87mm exit nozzle

    top speed about 68mph? I have checked to make sure the steering nozzle is in line with the pump and it is. I should run a bit faster than this correct? Thanks in advance guys

    The ride plate should be raised above the transom plate. not below

    Well got out on the water and when I set up the tach like the instructions said it was reading 8100rpm! I know thats not right but I played with the tach all day and could not get the tach to read correctly. This whole boat is a mess.
