Compressor Piston for 2002 Sea Doo 951 DI

Compressor Piston for 2002 Sea Doo 951 DI

I am looking for a compressor piston with rings and rod or entire assembly. Does anyone have one?

Also I need to know how to remove the old, the piston rod is bent, the retainig screw has broken off, and blown a hole just below the compressor housing, do you think I need a new bottom, or can I weld that section and keep going?

    From this pic, I need, 31, 32, 33, 34, 35, 36,

You should hold off on buying anything till you get it completely apart and figure out what the whole job is going to run you. Then compare it to the cost of a long block.

The Air Kompressor is driven off the DI's CounterBalance shaft. You would have to pull
the Engine and split the Cases to replace the AC's lower end parts your talking about.
Sounds like your lower Case is history and you should always replace them in matched
sets. Looks like your engine had a severe case of water ingestion.

He rides salt water and never was much into fogging it after riding. Not only is there a hole in it but there is a crack that extends downward from the hole thru both sealing surfaces. I would say they are trashed too but ya never know what a top notch welder can do.
