    Tired of stripping those Phillips heads?

    Many of you may have already done this. But for those who didn't, you could replace them with socket type screws. They work great for me.
    In a pinch, I get them from Ace and order them from MSC direct if there's time to spare.
    Socket screws in pictures are stainless steel if you're wondering.

    Could you post the screw sizes? Maybe part numbers?

    I've had to use an impact and sometimes an easy-out on mine.

    I bought them by thread size which is simple to determine, just put a vernier caliper across the thread to see how many MM it is, and the pitch is standard. I have not come across any fine pitch screw in my ski yet.
    As far as head type, screws in diaphragm cover are Socket Button Head and ones in jet cover are Socket Flat Head. I think their thread sizes are M3x.5 and M2x.4.
    If you're not familiar with thread specs, best way is take the screw out to a hardware store and compare them.
