buy a brand new one for $100 from this company..

Ask them for a unit for a 1200 yamaha SUV. It is the same unit but much newer case so you may have to trim a little here or there to make it fit. But it's brand new $680 gauge for 100 bux and he has quite a few of them. He's asking 229 but tell him you saw they sold one last yr on ebay for 100 so if he'll do a deal for you then you'll take it. He has about 100 of them gathering dust.

thats too bad. They sold one cheap on ebay (ID 370241483125) last year and they have a bunch left in a crate. 229 is good for new but i'd buy used from one of the guys above.
