    How bad is........

    My compression is 125....123.....112.
    How bad is this?

    Pretty bad I would say, I would consider new piston rings at least.

    I measure the compression to seadoo center and they said that it is normal and the most factory Jet is 125-130.
    The one cylinder with the lower compression they told me that is not from the piston ring but from the cylinder head valves and it is not so big problem.

    How you measure compression can make a difference too ... make sure you have the other two spark plugs in, and a freshly charged battery and are holding the throttle wide open.

    Yeah, it can be that too, it's either your head gasket, valves, or piston rings. Also What Vern stated, you need to have the other two spark plugs in and have a well charged battery and of course hold the trottle wide open.

    And about 125-130 out of the factory isn't normal, it's usually 145-150 or so.

    all spark plugs need to be taken out to get a true read, if you keep them in u will hide the true read and not find the problem
