BROKEN VALVE.. Parts?????
I have a 2006 RXP with 49hrs. Has a broken exhaust valve on the middle cylinder.
I can have the head fixed at a local shop.
Are there any aftermarket parts that are ok to use? I find the $500 gasket kit quite expensive??
Bottom end is clean.
Can someone recomend what I should replace??

You will need new rocker arm shaft bolts as they are torque to yield, not sure on the head bolts. Then get a headgasket from seadoo fo less then $100, 12 valvestem seals are around $75. While the head is off you might want to consider changing all the exhaust valves with the 07+ updated version to prevent this from happening again!

The updated valves were in the 06's
You will need new head bolts, as they are stretch bolts just like the rocker shaft bolts. You don't need the $500 gasket set... just buy the one's that you need individually.

Some of the 06's have updated solid valves.

The broken one seems to have a hollow shaft.
Where can I get the 12 valvestem seals ?
Would you change the Valve Guides???
Oh .. and does anyoine know the part # for the head gasket?

WHat is everyones thoughts on the bottom end? New piston only? Piston and Rod? Should I chage any of the bearings on the rod?

If you dropped a valve in that cylinder... definitely replace the rod, piston, and all bearings associated with that cylinder.
How bad was the damage anyway... any pics???
