Poor man's thumb screw for jet adjuster

It's 1/2" dia x 3/16" thick Nylon washer I found at Ace hardware. Hand grind 4 notches at 90 deg apart, press it on carb adjuster and voila I can adjust that carb anytime without a tool
One of these days I'll make them out of metal, for now they work great. Hope some of you may find it useful.
Why 4 notches? So I could tell when it's 1/4 or 1/8 of a turn without looking.

    Not a bad idea.

On the performance carbs, they drill the screws and insert a roll pin. That way you have a nice "T" handle for adjusting.

I made my own with 1/4" soft copper tube, 14 ga. wire and a little solder. They are awesome. Make adjustments so much easier.
