custom free flow tube
got a 2.5" tube from a auto store with some muffler wrap. I am planning on using this to attatch to the original exaust hose that leads from the waterbox to the exaust port. Has anyone else done anything similar to this? Did it work?

you must use stainless or aluminum.... cheapo autoparts stuff will rot out fast like mrbtd said!

ya thought of that afterwards too... made one out of aluminum tubing i had.. works good so far.. i also had a friend who was thinking of doing the same but using PVC??? I would think even though it is water cooled, it would still melt it.

To those that've said it'll rust badly...must have aluminum or SS only.
My galv piece of crap from crackauto has been on my ski for over 2yrs...no probs...no rust...no leaks....not blown off.
