Piece missing from an exhaust manifold I bought here.....Need help.

So I picked up this "low hour fresh water only" manifold from a member, paid extra to have it to me by today. Open the box and see a nice piece missing, why can't people be more honest about their stuff???? This is the second thing I have bought where someone forgets to mention "oh there is a piece of metal missing"......

Ok, well I need some help from the honest ones on this site, can I still use this the way it is without any issues? Right now I have an exhaust leak on the current one on the ski and don't want to swap a bad one for another bad manifold. Thanks!

It looks to me as if it got a little hot once and flaked off just a tad, but that will not hurt a thing. Run it.
