97 GTX pump question
On my 97 GTX I was taking the pump out to swap my prop and ran into a problem I can't figure out. The 4 bolts that bolt the 2 nozzles and the reverse bucket to the pump thread into a nut inside a plastic square. The nut on one of the bolts has pulled through the plastic square and the nut is just spinning free. Has anyone encountered this before or knows how to get it out? I am just short of cutting the bottom of the plastic pump mount to get a wrench or vise grips on it. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

Pull the pump out & then jam a screwdriver between the nut & housing to keep it from spinning & hit it with a air gun.

Thanks worx, I tried the screw driver at the lake but no air gun. Ill give that a shot and hope it comes free. Is it possible to reinforce the back of the plastic nut somehow on the others so this won't happen? Or just replace them? Thanks again.
