AHH, the vintage 2004 riva grate(back when the foundry's actually had quality control) It looks good, edges all filed and cleaned up. That poor grate has no idea the abuse it's in for. It's never been over 71mph

Funny enough Tony thats not my boat. That grates been over 100mph I cant take credit for anything but some poor pictures. The billet shoe was made by a local machine shop and the perfectly cleaned up grate was done by some wine drinking waverunner genius. The pictures really due no justice to whats being shown. I have to get under the boat with a real cammera and take some pics.

Its a great idea but does require the use of a billet shoe. Its kinda up to the owner if he wants to sell them or not. I for one will happily stand behind them or distribute if he wants. He also has some pretty trick flush bolts for the install that are not pictured.

Problem with the OEM is its pretty lightweight cast. Once you get close to 100mph the down force gets pretty excessive and starts to multiply quickly.
