VTS and start button location with aftermarket bars?

i have a 2009 wakepro that i want to put aftermarket handle bars on. what are you guys doing with the VTS switch and start button when you put aftermarket handle bars on? i thought about trimming the plastic housing down and filling it with bondo, then shaping and painting it so it looks better, but i was hoping for a nicer, more professional looking kit. also, is there an easy way to get the metal steering stem off for painting?

This is what most guys use when going to a aftermarket handlebar setup..They are made by UMI Racing..They are hard to get ahold of so good luck..

    I said screw the housing...
Some hardcore 3m double sided car molding tape or epoxy will work.
