    WHAT!!!!!!!?????

That thing is bad a**! I mean what do you say to something like that? That is the most awesome hat I've ever seen!! Can he make regular caps like that?

Haha just kidding.... Nice freakin rig! I too fish winter and was thinking a shield a little less permanent. It's a little hard to tell but is that plexy glass or those plastic snap covers like on a golf cart? Also love the leaning post for back cause I'm always looking for some back support. Lastly the gas tank was a brilliant move! Much better than stopping and having to pour gas in yourself! How hard was the extra gas rigup?
    WOW NICE WORK!

The fuel tank was a lot of work. Installed a in-line marine fuel transfer pump. Had to remove the fill line, cut it and install a sleeve so that an injection line could be put in. That way I can just just hit a switch and transfer right into the main tank.

    WOW, outstanding!
what would you say is the new range at cruise with the extra fuel?
did you anodize or treat the aluminum pipe work?

I should have a max range of 120 miles on good water. Yes, it is all anodized with a lifetime warranty.

Did the aluminum welded joints show any weird and inconsistent colorations after the anodizing?
i would have prefered to go that route myself, but logistically there were no locals to do the anodizing and the fabricator mentioned the welds sometimes turn funky dark colors after anodizing, so i went the powdercoat route.

All of the metal is 6063 anodized schedule 40, 1.25 inch pipe. The welding rod is marine grade and the technique is TIG. My last ski was done the same way and still looks great after three years.

The links aren't working and that's a cool set up. How much is a set-up like that. My son really likes fishing so I'd like to get a setup for him.
