    random miss

When im out riding after a while of riding i will get a slight miss but if i get on it it usually goes away at high rpm but goin from quarter to full it will miss then clear out and take off. Then it got to the point where it was just missing the whole time. So i went and parked it and check plugs even tho that had less than an hour on them and they looked fine. I let it sit for 30 mins or so and then it ran fine the rest of the time which was about 2 hours. It also started missing yesterday so i came in and changed plugs and went back out today and it was fine till it started again. What could be causing the occasional miss?

yes it has updated ignition system and i check it out more and it seems to becoming on the pto side on the base of all the carbs but it has new base gaskets. Also everything was just swapped into this new hull because the other one got a hole and took on a bunch of water some got in the electrical box but not much and it has ran fine sense the swap till the past 2 days.
