Thread: Rebuilding stator?

I have been curious as to replacing the ground wire from the stator to the electrical box. Does anyone know if it's replaceable? I have two bad stators and thought that I could maybe get away with changing the wire before I went to buy a good used one. My biggest concern is if it is fried, does that mean that the stator isn't good anymore or no? Appreciate any ideas. Thanks for the space again GreenHulk!

They are rebuildable.
Jetski solutions does it.
Now, just replacing the ground wire may not do the trick, but you're welcome to try.
