    FZS Prop selection help

    09 FZS
Riva power filter, manifold upgrade kit, f/f exhaust, R&D intake, pump seal kit, Jerrys VX ride plate, BOV.
Ride mustly in the ocean (long island sound) and currently on GPS 69.9mph with a full tank of fuel and a 1' chop.

I plan to stay with the current mods for now and just need the right prop. Any help would be great.

Should i go with what Riva recommends, Dynafly 13/22R???

    thanks

Go with the skat track 13/21. Check out my build thread in my sig and scroll down to where it talks about props. I'd copy and paste it for you but I'm on my iPod.

Yes that is correct. If you look at my rpms I am turning 7420 (with the seat on) So a 13/23 is too steep. I talked to Dave at Impros and he recomended a 13/21 to get my rpms up to 7700 which is right were you want to be with the stock ECU.

on a stage one ski meaning, air intake, intake manifold upgrade, and freeflow i had the best results with the 13/22r repitched to 14/20. the 13 leading edge was to small and the ski would hit the limiter out the hole, and the 22 traling edge was too steep, it dropped my rpm's to 7500. the 14/20 was spot on @ 7700 rpm's

    I guarantee the 13/23 was not a true 13/23. My 13/23 is a true 14/22.
