Should I 2010 RXT-X
Well I called the dealer today looking for a used RXT and we got chatting on the new RXT-X. The end of year pricing is nice. One thing led to another and I have already been approved for the machine at a very good interest rate, almost good enough that I dont even need to put my $10000 that I saved for a used machine on as a down payment.
Question is, should I do it?
Tell me what you would do...
And yes I was drinking beer this morning when I called them... dont ask haha

If you want a ski with a ton of features, go ahead and do it. I'm a bit of a minimalist in terms of features on just about anything, including cars and boats... but this ski is a nice mix of features, fun, and safety. If you plan on buying, definitely get rid of that GPS speedo limiter ASAP.

I'll bet that ski is pricey in Canada...

Ya that limiter will be gone quick, as long as I can do it without voiding the warranty! Around 16500+12% taxes. Our damn government rapes us with taxes here, especially on income.

That price is painfull. But you WILL love the ski. So far, it does everything better than the old hull. I'd like no limiter, but best Garmin speed is 68.9, and that works. (20 gph according to the ski computer<ouch>

I would sleep with mine next to me if my wife would let me. She makes me keep it outside

Haha, well it sure dont go into our roads, I know where most of it goes but I will be deemed racist. Or to a crap healthcare system where people are dying while waiting to see a doc!
Im just waiting on my dealer to call so we can figure out the price and then off down the road I go,,, I hope!

It is true but is a reflash I believe, and there goes the warranty. There is a fella on the forum here somewhere with that reflash and no limiter. I also read somewhere that Riva is working on a piggyback to get rid of the GPS limiter, I have no idea if this is true tho. Sure hope it is! Went and got the new ride today and man is it ever a mean looking machine I have to say!
