Towing a tube with an SL
Where is the best place to attach a rope to an SL hull for pulling a tube? I know the SLT's have a tow hook, but the 2 seater doesn't. (I know, most places don't allow you to pull anyone with a 2 seater) I thought of just passing the rope through the hole in the back deck, but is that going to end up causing spray in the face of my passenger? I also thought of tying it to the rear grab handle, but I don't really want to rip the plastic handle off the back of the ski. Where do you tie the rope???
And yes, I am aware of the legalities of towing with a 2 seater...

Why ya asking if you know its wrong? .lol Not the rear bar, it will rip off. piece of shitz.. the bottom hole will work. I use to tie off my sl at the dock and nail it tied there. great way to remove weeds and mud from the canal where I use to park it.
you could install your own hook off the back .. just put a backer plate on it so it doesnt rip thru the bulkhead.
i can get one for ya from my local watersports place in the junkyard there.

On my 95 sl750 I put a stainless steel eye bolt thru the back hole with some big washers,
It works great, I also put my trailer tie strap thru it when I am trailering,
