    Question seadoo 717 question

    will a 657 crank fit in place of the 717 crank shaft? ned to know soon. has anybody tried this?

    No it will not work. The 657 and 717 both have the same stroke (68 mm) , but the problem is the upper rod holes are diffferent (larger) on the 717 crank to accommodate for the 4mm larger pistons.

    The wrist pins from a 717 piston will not fit in the 657 rods.
