    engine is in

I bought a used low hr (50) engine from seadoosource and installed it this past weekend. I took it out for a test ride this evening (10 - 15 min) Ski ran good, but I could only get about 6950 rpm out of it and a top speed of 52 mph. Shouldn't it rev over 7k rpm? what do guys think?

Top rpm I get on my stock RXDI is 6850 that is with the trim set straight wot dreamometer at 60 mph. I would say your doing good. You may be thinking about where the rev limiter is set. Which I think is 7200 +- 50 rpm.

I did see that in the specs section of the manual today.
