Feeling the waters for a Stage III+ FZR Sale

    Price Drop To $16,500

Just wondering what the thoughts were about a sale of my fully built up Riva Stage III+with every possible bolt on part available with lots of custom work done on it.
This thing is not even broken in well and is ready to ride!

I got any takers at $19,995? I have way more than that invested! Probably close to $35,000.
I also have a Triton double axle aluminum trailer that could go with it as well as a great running 99 GSX and another double trailer fully rebuilt with a torsion axle.
    Any questions call 901-937-9872
    David

I would consider reasonable offers, but keep in mind I'm not desperate in any way but think I would like to move it for personal reasons.
So my loss could be your gain? It takes Riva weeks to build these and this one is ready now!
It has 7 hours on it today.
Here is a link to the build.

Ok, here is what it has:
Complete Riva built motor set up for up to 9000+ RPMs
    Pistons
    Rods
    Head Kit
Riva completely assembled the engine using all their parts and balanced the rotating assembly.
    Vipec ECU
Innovative AFR gauge to feed the ECU
    Machined Block Guard
Ported and cleaned up Intake and Exhaust manifold
    Riva Water Box
    Riva IC
    Fuel Pump
    Riva FuelPressure Regulator
Riva Air Intake Kit tied to the fresh air inlet hose
    Riva/Jet Trim seat cover
Gill mods to hull for fresh air
Riva nozzle Kit with 3-4 rings
    Steering nozzle bored to 91mm
    Transom plate bored to 160mm
    160mm wear Ring
    Riva Ride Plate
    Riva Mirror block offs
    Riva rear exhaust
Completely machined and balanced sprag clutch with new sprag
    16lb Riva SC wheel
R&D trim adjuster ring for adjusting the position of the trim
    R&D Intake grate
    12/22 long blade prop 160mm

    R&D Pro Series Sponsons
    New Automatic Bilge Pump
    Bored steering nozzle
    RIva Mirror Block Offs

I have two different trailers available if interested both are tandem axles.
One is new the other has been rebuilt but is only 5 years old and has lots of custom work done to it.

Personal issues are forcing the sale, it sucks as much time and effort that has gone into this thing but for once in my life I am going to step up and not think just for myself and put my wife first! When I get into a hobby like this it just consumes me and it's not fair to the rest of my family. I love her way more than any damn ski! So lets talk about selling this thing!
I am open to offers, I want to move my GSX as well along with both trailers.

So here are my thoughts, I have probably $30,000 to $34,000 invested.
The first person that comes up with $25,000 cash can have it!
In it current state it has run 81-82mph. The new prop will probably get it to 85-86.
It pulls harder than any ski I have ever ridden. These skis are monsters!
When the new clutch comes out along with the new line of props you could throw in an H wheel and be closer to 90mph with blinding acceleration!

So feel free to call and we can discuss. A PayPal deposit will be required to hold the ski as I don't think it will last long!
Check out my build thread for some really good pics!

    Look I want it gone
19,995 that's almost 1/2 price for a new ski built like this!

Hey guys I lowered the cost and the reserve!
For someone looking to buy a new ski and mod this is for you!
A new ski out the door now will be over $11,000 in most places.
This ski is basically still new with around 7 hours with every available part that you can buy.
Add it up and you will see just the bolt ons are over $15,000 and that doesn't include any other things done like custom pump and transom plate work.
The custom clutch work that has been done.

I am open to offers for a package deal with a trailer!
I have a like new Trition dual torsion axel with the aluminum wheels, tool box and fuel can rack that can go with this for a steal as well!
It cost $2800 for the trailer and I will let it go with the ski for $2,000 if I get the asking price for the ski.
I will throw in a 99 GSX that runs perfect for $2,000 as well
The other trailer is a yacht club I ran a while back in the trailer classifieds look there for the pics. It has been all welled, new bunks, new paint for $1,000 gets it!

    Reserve was set at $18,000.
Anyone that wants it for that let me know, so I can move it quickly.

How hard would it be to get this set up for closed course? Is there anything done to it that would make it not handle good for cc racing, or water intrusion?

    Thanks
