    2 piece drive shaft..???

there is one for sale in the classifieds..think i may want it. but ..dont know enough about it...

rotax is so vague ..about what things are for and what the advantages are...

i understand the crush drive set up softens the blow or shock to the drive shaft..and not being as long helps with twisting it...i see a berring...looks similar to the scat set up..but dont see a silicone sleeve..

so what holds it in the middle??? yamaha runs a berring..but it bolts to the hull and and has sloted holes for alignment ....does it slide into the hole in the hull....or is it just silicone the stock carbon ring.. if so what keeps the drive shaft from jump roping...and how do you align it...

is it just reliability issues the advantage and the berring help with cavitation..or is there other advantages???

sorry to seem stupid but you dont see this stuff very often in the rec ski world ..and racers dont like to talk about there i just dont know much about some stuff..
