Did you line up the stator mark with the case "seam"?

Having to pull the choke to help the engine menas it's lacking fuel.

Have you done the fuel system upgrades on your ski?

No didn't line it up I didn't know but I'm going to have a look at this at the weekend no I didn't change the fuel line the fuel lines aren't the grey colour all though I think changing them wouldn't cause any harm it's just causing me too loose my hair as I can't put my finger on it so the seam in the casing goes with the line on the stator? I shall try this and let you know the latest thankyou ally.

Yes the case seam and the stator timing mark need to be aligned. If not, your timing will be off.

Did you replace or inspect the petcock for restrictions?

And you don't have the autocock installed, right? (looks like a small fuel pump mounted next to the fuel pump)

If you replace the fuel lines, make sure to re-installl the restrictor found in the return hose.

    Thumbs up

I am going to check for the restrictor and align the stator up also and also check what you have said it just bogs down after say 30 seconds in the waterthrn choke for a second and it's back again it's very weird and very annouying thankyou for your help I will update as I know
