Dude Im not an expert by no means but just logically Im thinking that has to be spark or fuel related. My best senses are telling me FUEL.

jump the starter solenoid with the key in and see if it still sounds like that. also try putting a meter on any of the fuses and see what the voltage is while cranking.

Most the fuel items have been checked, not sure what else to check on the fuel side. Spark is good, it was checked by a Sea Doo Tech with a spark tester.
    Thanks

and than try pulling the plugs and see if you can crank it without it resetting. resetting usually means a major loss in voltage.

Jump the solenoid over with key and same results. I'll check the fuses while cranking tomorrow. What I'm not sure of since the ski has always started on the first crank is how the key resets itself. In the video you can hear it, I pulg the key in and you get two beeps and fule pump primes. Then I hit the start botton and it fires over but doesn't start and then key does the beeps and fuel primes back up right after that, it does it automatically without doing any thing and it does it every time you crank it.

    Thanks

What plugs(sorry)? Where would be the best item to check for such a voltage loss? What are some of the reason for voltage loss?

Check your Map sensor, Coolant temp sensor and air intake sensor. One of them may be giving false info to the ECM causing the fuel trim to be way off not allowing it to start. Especially since you say it has fuel and spark. Id bet on the map sensor. Will it run if you give it some throttle while cranking?

it shouldn't stop cranking when you jump the starter solenoid.
