My SHO Cruiser Dash Cluster Re-Make

    Hi everyone,

Thought I would make my first post showing the re-made dash cluster on my 2009 SHO Cruiser.

The original switches have been removed, slightly modified and re-positioned near the steering column, with no wiring modifications...

Then 5mm fibreglass sheeting was applied to the dash to cover up the holes from the switches and sculptured smoothly.

I drilled out the fiberglass and mounted a boost, fuel pressure and AFR gauge set up, then painted in black metallic with a gold flake sam colour as the ouside of the ski...

The gauges are stepper motor type and the AFR is the Innovate assembly....

Can't wait to get out in the Western Australian waters to test it....

Enjoy your skiing and thanks for the forum

    Warren

Nice work, look factory. Would be nice if there were slimmer profile gauges, just to add to the aesthetics. Got me thinking now....

    Hi Gonzo,

My thoughts exactly about the profile of the gauges, but I wanted quality gauges and the stepper motor gauges also have warning lights built in and the frames are well sealed... REAL difficult task in Western Australia when used in large swell salt water... We need them to work too... Thanks for your comment, I'll keep you posted with the reliability of the gauges...
