Ft. Desoto - Smooth, Clear, 66.4 and awesome snorkeling
Yesterday was one of the clearest days for snorkeling and smoothest water I've seen this year in the Ft. Desoto area. I took off work early, my 19-year old son met me, and we had a great time. One the way back in to the ramp, the water was like glass. With 2 bars left of fuel, I hit 66.4 MPH per my GPS on my stock 08 FX SHO. I weigh 285 Lbs and the trim was set all the way down (nose of boat up). We don't measure our speed often, but most folks report only 63 or 64, so this didn't seem bad for a stock setup.
Here are some pictures from the day:

I used to wade the flats to the very south of Ft. De Soto. Great place to fish.
