    Arrow oil pump bolt help

K so I'm doin a oil pump block off and I cant get the left side bolt for the pump off....None of my sockets fit on it because it hits the side of the pump and same with a closed end wrench...It was a while ago but I couldnt get it to turn by using the open end of a wrench either, maybe I just didnt try hard enough cuz it was like 100 degrees that day....How do you get to the bolt? open end wrench? 10mm 1/4 drive since its thinner? I was using 3/8 drive.

    Thanks,
    Sean

For clarification, the bolt on the right in the second pic down on the "cajundudes" site...
