    04 Rxp problem

I have 04 Rxp 215 with a alarm going off saying oil!! No code!! when I rev it above 5000.. Turn it off and clears then start it rev it again and the alarm is back again.. This is all when in the water not on hose. I have changed both oil sensors .. One at the front of the motor and one under the intake.. I checked signal from computer and on wiring and all good.. What should I do next?? The ski has never has had broken clutches as I changed the washers and still had the ceramic one still in there and could see that the super charger has never been apart.. Please help...

Ps : when alarm come on it goes into limp mode

Have you plumbed in a accurate gauge to make sure that your oil pressure is within specs???

Take a look at the oil filter for particles...couple things contribute to this, 1 the oil pump/pumps or 2 the crank bearings are worn..... my .02

Can be caused by high pressure also. pressure reg may be stuck.

Very true ... if pressure regulator is stuck, you might also see lots of oil in your catch can.

The oil sensor under the intake is usually the problem with OIL warnings ... not only do they fail, there are also some bad batches of replacement sensors unfortunately. Make sure you get a NEW sensor with a mfg date of 2009 or 2010 (its somewhere on the label on the bag it comes in) ... if you happen to get one that has sat in a dealers inventory for a long time, it may be from the older bad batch.

I had the same issue happen to me today when I was out riding. I haven't began to diagnose the problem yet.

Check the connections to the front sensor. I had the oil sensor and intake temp sensor backwards when I swapped my motor to a different hull...
