Unhappy 2 new oil pump, oil sensors still get oil warning and limp mode only had ski a month

i bought an 04 RXP seadoo, and the super charger was out on it. i went and pulled the motor and had a guy down the road redo the charger and clean motor and put in new oil pumps i droped motor back in and ran fine. still about 3 mins in of rideing at 30mph oil light came on went to limp mode. i did an oil change think it was bad oil put 10w 40 in this time(had 20w 40). still went off, just got new oil sensors put them both in (only $25 so did both of them) ran it around and light and limp mode came on agine. what should i do? oil is 1/4 to half way up on dented part of dip stick. have had ski for over a month and have yet to ride it at its best. plz let me kno if u have had same problem or have any ideas.

    How many hours on it?

So new oil pumps and sensors...

    Hmmm...

The next step I'd take is getting a manual oil pressure gauge and checking pressure that way.

Maybe one of the galleys is holding some material from the blown SC???

I would do the test in each port of where the pressure sensors connect just to see what they are seeing before going into limp mode.

I know its something you don't want to hear, but it might be a case of checking the oil pumps again... Some more material could have made its way to them too...

I wouldn't assume this is the case, but more checking needs to be done.

Maybe the oil pressure regulator. Or the guy down the street assembled it wrong.

Good point, a bad seal on one of the pumps would be enough to set it off.

Item # 10-15 There is a specific torque for the assemble as to not crush the poppet.

so motor would have to come out to repair pressure regulator?
what else could it be other than pressure regulator, pumps not in right or seals?
i can go out and run it at 60 for a couple mins, the min i let off the oil light goes off or min i try to get it back up to speed agine goes off.. other times i can barly get it past 4500 5000 rpms till it goes off

You could install a gauge to see what the actual pressure is.

+1. This should be the first thing done.

+1, if the cap that secures the oil pressure regulator is tightened to tight it will crush the cage and stick the piston... this will set off a light and limp mode...
