    bilge pump issue, fx sho

I don't think this normal? If I release the start button before the engine fires up, the bilge pump will continue to run until the battery dies. This didn't happen before the Vi-pec install so I'm wondering if this has anything to do w/it or it's just a relay problem. I know it's on the same circuit as the fuel pump and injectors and responsible for shutting down the ecu if it blows a fuse but that's not the problem here.
