new impellar opinion?
i have an 05 rxp im gonna replace the wear ring i it looks like its time for a new impellar. I know it looks like the Solas is the way to go but what is the diff. in the pitch numbers as far as top spped gain or hole shot gain, my ski is stock. Just wondering what would be the best option. I did a search but didnt see anything that really helped me out. Thanks

The pitch numbers give you the leading and trailing angle of the blades.
They tell you how much water they grab and how fast they get rid of it.
Improve that air intake and put on a 14/19r.
You have rebuilt the sc or at least changed to metal clutch washers recently?

For a stock ski if you want to go with a solas go with the 13/18...Other than that the stock prop is about as good as it gets without any mods...

i havent rebuilt the superchargers yet i bought 2 rxp's this year used both have over a hundred hours on them, once it gets cool out where im not out every weekend im gonna go through the superchargers one at a time. The skis run great one has a very slight cavitation out of the hole but you barely notice it but it bothers me knowing that its there> Thanks for all the replies.

You bought used skis...and you've put over a 100hrs on each.
Do they have the original ceramic washers in them?

no I bought the skis and they already had over 100hrs. Is there away to tell if it has the ceramic washers without pulling it apart?
