Another supercharger rebuild, and washer question.

Does the recommended supercharger "rebuild" consist of just replacing the washers, or is there more to it?
Also , I haven't been able to get a definitive answer from the dealerships about which washers are in my 08 p-x from the factory. I'm trying to figure out weather or not I need to swap them. I only have 32 hours, but don't want to wait if I have the grenade type.

You will have the gold washers. A rebuild replaces more than just the washers. Bearings etc

At 32 hrs I highly suggest checking and setting the slip. Should be no need for a rebuild.

+1.....BUT if your worried about the clutch washers this would be the time to change them being the Scer will be out....Me personally i would get the OEMs out and either find the new updated washers or just order the Rivas...They are proven and you wont have to worry about problems down the road..

I had good luck with my gold washers when I had them about 50-60 hours of hard ocean riding with no problems. I would say on a stock charger it should be fine.
