any old schooler interested in an 05 pump and dynafly?
Big mark and I developed this a few years ago. its a custom modded 05 gpr stator section and dynafly prop that bolts on to any of the old school 155 pumps. I think i'm heading in the direction of stock for the raider, so im thinking about selling off some of the goodies.
i forget the exact gain but mid range is explosive and hookup is much improved. i think its worth about 1 mph up top when pitched right. has about 40 hrs on it now.
I'm thinking around $200+ shipping for the pump, prop, driveshaft ready to bolt in and go

Tell me a little bit about this item..
What have you done to block the water feed to the motor or is it used..??
This might be something i could find a use for..??
What pitch where you using on the dynafly.? how exactly does it fit..?? (threaded insert..??)
Finally is the holeshot similar or reduced..?? (a little or a lot.?)

it bolts right in. dowel pins even line up if i remember. yamaha only changed the hub diameter. the old school bearings and seals and shaft drop right in. i just had to mill off the gpr mounting ears so it would fit. if you look at the 2nd pic, the clear braided hose carries the water from the gpr strainer to the raider/ gp thru hull fitting. hardest part of this swap is the custom prop. skat made a sleeve for it so that it would fit the old school threads. ill post some pics tomorrow and the prop pitch once i pull it off the ski.

heres a few more pics. leading edge got chewed up by something. pitch is 14/19 as per my watcon gauges. it turns 6300 rpm if i remember correctly on my ski. stock 1100. gp1200 carbs.
modding this prop was $250 If i remember correctly, plus $200 for the prop. hence the price, and why i never pushed this to you guys. lots of coin. . .

Love the pic with the dual exhaust port! This would have been a killer pump set up for my 1200 stroker raider! That bitch would have been over 80!!!! Love it mike

Tell me about all these holes/fittings that appear to be in the water strainer section of the pump..??
Where you running dual or triple cooling or ????
Oh and check in with your PM's..

yes sir, im running dual cooling. 1 line for the motor, 1 for the jetworks. i drilled so many because i wasn't sure exactly where we would end up tapping the water from, and while it was in the mill, i put a bunch of holes in and then capped them with NPT plugs. if you look at the pic of it mounted, you can see that there is about 3mm between the cover plate on the pump strainer and the ride plate mounts.
