I have a 780 kit for sale on Ebay right now if you're interested. And I have a 750 top end too.

As for the heads, you can have the stockers machined for high compression at places like Watcon.com (although I don't know if Randy still does this anymore) or Sharp's Marine.

There's more to it than just decking the head.

Ocean Pro also made a high compression single piece head for both the 750 and the 780 if you can find one.

You're not screwed at having the heads decked. You can have them done for about $40 ea. They will deck the heads and recontour the bowl to accomodate 92 octane fuel (pump gas) or even higher compression if you wish (100 octane or higher)

No one makes high compression pistons.

You can get wear rings at many places, like the classifieds on here, John Zigler, or Ebay.

My suggestion is if you're looking to boost performance of your ski, then get the long jet pump componenets for it. You'll get better steering, faster planing (extended ride plate) and a little more top speed without doing anything to the engine. That way you won't need the wear ring you're looking for. You'll be using the extension/wear ring instead.

    95 and newer.

The jet pumps are modular, so you don't need the whole pump. Just select parts from one, to add to your existing pump.

well i looked into it mine already has a extended pump i guess the guy i bought it from added it on he had many skis like 5 or 6 and two of them were the newer 750s he used for parts so im guessing he took the pump off one of those and added the parts. ill try to take some pics later so i can make sure im right but from what i can see its the longer one how can you tell and make sure ? like i say im kinda new to this stuff my first jet ski ive owned

How many major componenets does yours have?

Short pump will have the wear ring, stator, exit nozzle

Long pump will have wear ring, wear ring/extension, stator, and exit nozzle.
