Just painted my GP1200...need seat covers
So I just painted my gp1200 Camaro green (it had tons of rotting stickers and browning after sitting in a backyard for 5 years). It helps to have a buddy who works as an auto painter . 150 bucks in supplies not counting the beer and meals for the last two days.
I do have two questions. I read Greenhulk members get 25% off hydroturf mats. Is there a link or coupon code?
What should I get as far as seat covers. I've decided on black (after a brief thought of yellow/purple), but see options of vinyl, metallic, carbon fiber and phoenix. Not sure if there is any functional difference between the finishes.
The hood will be painted black, as well as the rear handle, but that is a project for tomorrow.

Hey there Bav...
First order of business, Welcome to the forum..
Check in with the old school forum.. we like to see new projects in there...
Unusual color choice..?? I like it..!!
If this is a budget build then...
Last season when i painted my 98 GP1200.
I couldn't decide what to do as far as the seat cover colors go..
So I got myself a couple of cans of vinyl upholstery paint and did them black..
50+ hrs later and the color is holding up pretty well..?? (total cost $12)
Will likely get round to fitting some seat covers over the winter..??
