Randy what is the tallest impeller available for the 148 pump. I think im going to need a bigger wheel in the MSX.

Are you referring to the 1999 only Genesis FFI impeller (PN 5132222)?

I have one, but have not tried it yet. I may not get the chance until next season

I recently installed the MSX 150 impeller (5134338 ) in our MSX 140. So far, so good. Peak sustained RPM seems to be higher by 100-200 RPM, but I have no GPS numbers to compare it with the stock MSX 140 impeller that was in there before.

the stock MSX 150 impeller # 5134338 is a 7.1/20.5 in pitch....I would image you might have lost some speed?

So getting back to the topic, you all think a #513222 might be an option for my MSX140 with a 6 degree wedge and a 04 MSX Rideplate? Running lakes and rivers in MN in the summer only.
