winterizing external intercooler
I've seen nothing in my owners manual about this or the threads on this forum.anybody know what the procedure is?

from 2010 RXT-X, manual which should be the same as yours.
Pull the IC hose that feeds the throttle body from the IC. start and rev the ski to 4000 several times. Reattach hose. This gets condensation out of the IC.
The only thing it says about the water side, is to blow 55 lbs of air through the flush port. I don't think thats enough if it gets really cold (we get into minus in upstate NY). I'm going to blow it out, then pull the water hoses. pour -100 into the IC till it comes out the outlet side. then I know its protected. This is what Doo says to do on the 215's where the IC is not external.

the manual for my 08 t-x says to use 100lbs of air thru the flush port . . . the 10 manaul says 55?
