    Drain plug for Genesis

Bought a new genesis and 1 of the hull drain plugs was missing. I think any plug from any model ski 98 on would work right?

I think these captive drain plugs are fairly standard. A marine supply store should have something that will fit.

Worst case is you remove the old and install a complete new captive drain plug assembly. Be sure to seal the replacement to the hull to prevent leaks.

SeaDoo has an interesting drain plug with an internal check valve. One version also has a fitting for the bilge siphon hose, which keeps it very tidy. More info from my signature links.

Check the O-ring on both drains. Often they get old and cracked.
