Speedo sensor on Vx ride plate, how to correct it speed?
today i test with ,manual pitch decrease by 1mm from 13/25 ,
top speed 78mph+ gps ,acceleration is really good,
i taken VDO via iPhone ,
i just need to know if anyone do mod VX plate to get speedo sensor working as stock ride plate speed before?
i think might because of Speedo sensor put more deep on water and it get more water flow and speed are unusual ?

This is how I fixed mine:
My speedo only (kind of) worked when the plate was totally stock. After the first mod it was erratic. I say kind of worked as it was not erratic--it was not even close to accurate though.
I epoxied the area then sanded smooth. Nice thing is you don't have to mess with the speedo screws when pulling the ride plate.

You mean no more speedo sensor ?
Fill up that speedo sensor mount hole and sand it smooth?,
i'm not really understand,
preserve speedo sensor is good when knowing speed without turn GPS device on.
No others way to mod plate and get speedo working accurate as stock speed?

I did that mod to my VX plate - it requires machining the VX plate to match the stock plate geometry, retapping screw holes due to altered mounting angle, using oversized screws, and shimming to fine tune. More trouble than it's worth.
Here's a pic of the VX plate after milling.
