will it fit??
Got a friend with a 05 wake edition with the 155 hp, he has a plastic pump that need replacement cause previous wear ring spun inside housing and got it oval.
My question is... can I use a aluminium housing from a 215 or 255hp ski instead?
Of course I will install a 155 hp wear ring and a 155 hp prop (cause smaller inside diameter than a 215 hp unit). I think it should work cause the outside diameter of both pump is the same and the prop shaft is the same as well.
What do you guy's think??

make sure the sacrificial zinc anode is attached to the pump.

Cool, might look imto that. Reason I was asking is because plastic pumps are hard to find ans my guess is aluminium will not deform like the plastic did.

so if I understand...
the only thing I have to do on it is to install a 155hp wear ring and prop into the aluminium housing and call it a day?
