I used the 2/part epoxy that you buy at Home Depot, held fine until I had to remove the rail again. Simply applied again when I reinstalled the rail. Originally I applied a drop of red loctite to the bolts, I think this was what caused mine to pull out when I went to remove later. I no longer use loctite on the bolts. Has anyone had issues with the bolts backing out without a thread locker? Was also wondering what would happen if the epoxy didn't hold while riding at WOT, could the rail (plastic) bow up or torque enough to allow the injector to slip up under boost. Just wondering what the effects could be....

Do you mean... fiberglass resin and hardener?

I had this happen on my GTI. Worst design ever, and it requires a whole new manifold to fix. I found some replacement brass inserts from McMaster that match the thread and fit in the whole and say they are made for plastic. They are textured on the outside and have a slit in them to expand a little as the bolt goes in. There is no lip on them, but they fit perfect. I epoxied one in and it holds great. I don't torque it down, just hand tight. If it pulls out I will just put in another. I had to buy 25 of them and have given them away to some others with the same problem. If you want a couple, let me know and I will mail you a few. PM me. No charge.

I meant fiberglass resin, of course you need the hardener to catalyze the resin.

it will work better than enything out there, and plus is cheap

I used the two part marine epoxy from Lowe's that we were using on the skegs, it is still holding just fine.
