There are very few people that still have the equipment to do this. Apparently the domestic PVL CDI programming system that Polaris used could NOT be used to read out a curve, only program in new ones.

There is a thing called a spin tester that actually runs the CDI at various RPM and notes the spark timing across the RPM bands. I don't know for sure who still has one, or knows where the old ones have gotten to.

It is possible PVL (Probosch-Vogt-Loos GmbH) in Germany might be able to read the CDI curve, but I have no idea if they are willing to do so, or what it might cost.

You can plot the curve yourself using a timing light and spending some quality time marking and measuring the actual timing at specific RPM. It won't be exact, but at least you will have an idea of the curve.
