    I have 2 weber engines

They are laying on the ground in the garage. One came with my ski and it was laying in the bilge sideways because the turbo was stolen off it. How do I know if they are any good?
Id guess crank it over and check oil pressure, compression and leak down? is that it?

That is a start. At least you'll know if it's worth exploring further.
