98 GSXL Jetting Question
I recently switched over to the following setup but I am having issues at low speed.. It is stalling out or bogging bad unless you wack the choke or even hold it 1/4 way out.
Is there something wrong here?
- Pro-k arrestors
- Accl pump blocked off
Pop off 18
Needle & Seat 2.0
High Speed Needle 3/4mag 7/8pto
Low Speed Needle 1 1/2mag 1 1/2pto

Hey.. Me and a buddy spent almost 3 hours playing with the HS and LS screws, rave valves etc.. Still nada.. If you WOT it will stall.. It will not jump out of the hole at all.. If you ride it nice and easy it will get to 22 then take off and be fine up to 60.. It still seems sluggesh though it will also hiccup sometimes around 45mph...
Really not sure where to go from here....

Accelerator pump inactive.
95 low speed jets open 1.5 turn's
165 high speed jets both closed
2.0mm Needle and seat
spring rate to achieve 20 psi pop off (usually black one)most people dont use this one !
If Accelerator pumps are active
Same set up as above but 87.5 low speed jets open 1.5 turn's.
Low speed jets
