    Cooling hose clamp broken

Will extended warranty cover this broken hose clamp and labor to reattach it? The fitting is coming from the water box and attaches to the block or is it the exhaust manifold. It has come off of the left side of the exhaust manifold Has anybody had to reattach the hose. It looks like I have to take off the large hose that comes from the air box and hopefully nothing else. Help please. Thanks

I assume it's a 250/260. If so, the hose goes to the block just in front of the sc.

You may be able to take the hose off the airbox and push it down, then reach under the ex manifold and re-attach. Would be easier to use 1/4" drive ratchet and 6mm or 1/4" socket than screwdriver, depending on clamp used.

wtf you would take your ski to a dealer to replace a clamp that you can buy for $3 and have them fit it when surely you could do it yourself. but in saying that i do understand if you havent the patience or tools.

Nicjak have you replaced the cooling hose that attaches from the block in front of the supercharger. You can't even see it. It is all feel and touch and then drop the socket on. I could have done that after dropping the ratchet 4 times and tearing my arms up but with extended warranty why not. Do you know of a special way to do something like this. I'm all ears. Thanks Kevan

yes i have replaced it and the hose, feel, touch and mirror is the tip with the use of a 1/4 drive socket.
