I bought an fx HO cruiser and so far its amazing the smooth acceleration and quiet idling its awesome. Top speed on the high 50's so its not bad at all. Make sure it has good compression.

My best friend has a 2003 FX140 (or maybe 2004....whatever the first year of the 4 stoke engine was) and he loves it. As previously stated, it's not the fastest, but he has had NO problem whatsoever with it. He added a few bolt-ons and has a GPS of approx. 60mph. Great ski if you want a cruiser.

hmmmm im excited to have that skii already... the owner told me that the skii needs a new wear ring...because of the excessive clearance... what are the setups if i want it to gain more speeds??

Lots of people around our TN area desire that particular ski for its reliablity and good gas mileage. I think you can get 120 miles out of a tank at or around 40-45 mph.
