    water source for xs intercooler

has anyone used the opas water supply on the pump to supply water to the intercooler this way the exhaust and the intercooler could have their own source of water just a thought

I have Not seen that done. On 08 and up they have T fitting after pump and one to ic and other to exhaust. They use bigger restrictor on pump to flow more water.

Its possible it might would work. Its in the venturi instead of pump but still 11 o'clock position.
I thought of the same thing when I put a fizzle kit on my 03 185 hp I use to have.

I do know that if You go off the pump you will need to increase the hole size in restrictor or get the yellow 215 one.
Isn't the one on your 03 red?

yeah it is red i think im going to try the opas line and see what happens if not then i will go the normal route i also found a 7in 500cfm fan to mount on the intercooler to pass air through the core this should yield some good cooling results just like a front mount on a car will see

Does any one know the actual size of the hole in the restrictor washer that needs to increased for an external IC?

I have installed a 2008 external IC on my 185 GTX and need to change the washer out and or drill the hole larger, I need that size please!!!!!

    No problem!
Are you going to set up water lines like prior 08 or newer?
Just asking, because if run water like your old 08. ( T fitting ) Then You can run even larger reducer.
